Who is eligible to be a client?

Thomas Scouting Agency is looking for high school sophomores and juniors.

Seniors are welcomed but are just not as privy to all the developmental stages and seminars offered to gear them toward the senior year.  The most that can be offered to a senior playing in his/her sports of collegiate pursuit is  promotion of name, seminars, and skills to college coaches and scouts.
